From a small snack to a classic Wiener Schnitzel, you have the opportunity to customize the onboard service to your needs. Just like in a coffeehouse, at a Heuriger, or in a Viennese Beisl. Austrian Holidays offers you a selection of 13 different special meals, which can be booked free of charge in Economy Class on all flights with a flight time of at least 03:00 hours.

Since we always prepare our meals fresh, your order is required no later than 48 hours before departure. Please order your special meal under Special Requests or contact our Call Center by phone. You can reach us at +43 5 176 676 700 Mon-Fri 08:00-17:00, Sat 08:00-15:30, and Sun 08:00-13:00.

You can drop your baggage off for all departures from Austria on the day before your flight at the time given below:

Vienna / VIE: 2pm until 4pm and 8pm until 10pm (24h before departure)

Train station "Wien-Mitte" - CAT counter: until 9pm (24h before departure)-no bulky baggage and only available to passengers with a valid CAT-ticket

At regional airports in Austria

In addition to the usual check-in service, additional services such as sports baggage or excess baggage can be paid for directly at check-in counters by credit card.
