Excess baggage allowance rules and regulations

The following prices are valid for departures until 28.04.2025 for enquiries until 23.02.2025 for the destinations Fuerteventura, Funchal/Madeira, Hurghada, Las Palmas and Tenerife.

It is considered excess baggage if your baggage exceeds the free baggage allowance in weight and / or size or if you wish to carry additional pieces of baggage.

Please note the following information in regard to excess baggage:

  • Piece(s): On request – please contact our service center
  • Dimension: max. 203 cm (calculation: length + width + height = dimension)
  • Weight: max. 32 kg (70 lbs.)

Applicable rates for excess baggage

The rates quoted are applicable per leg (trip segment), baggage and passenger.
Calculation of Dimension: Length + Width + Height = Dimension.

Rates for free baggage exceeding the allowance in weight and / or dimension

A ticket service fee will be charged in case of payment at the airport. Charges may vary, depending on the airport of departure. For departures from Austria a service charge of EUR 15, - per service and leg is applicable.
